E Komo Mai! Welcome!
We are committed to providing the very best preparation for the State Licensing Exam
and for a successful career in Hawaii's unique real estate market. Our online course
provides professional instruction for salesperson and broker candidates
in the Hawaii portion of the test.
OBJECTIVES
The Hawaii-Test-Prep, online course is designed in response to the many students
who have requested our help to prepare them for the State Exam. There are three
primary reasons for this request. If you fit one of the three, sign up for the Hawaii Prep Course.
This course is only for test-preparation. You will not receive a certificate of completion;
it does not count towards part of either the 60 or 80 hour salesperson or broker course requirements --
you can find those at Salesperson Course Hawaii.com
and Hawaii Broker Course Online.com respectively.
(This course is typically used by out-of-state license holders who have been extended reciprocity by the State.
It is designed to help them prepare for the State portion of the exam.)
Some students worry whether they are ready for the Hawaii portion of the Exam.
Some experienced real estate professionals are given Hawaii Equivalency allowing
them to take only the Hawaii Exam but requiring them to attend a class.
Some students have failed to pass the Hawaii exam and need extra help.
The Hawaii Test Prep course includes an online collection of Hawaii specific
information (previously distributed to students as a large, three-ring binder
divided into 37 sections of Hawaii topics). Good examples of the sections
include: Hawaii Revised Statutes 467, License Law; HRS 436, Professional and
Vocational Licensing; and Hawaii Administrative Rules, Title 16, Chapter 99 for
Brokers and Salespersons. Other sections include discourse on De Minimus,
Hawaii Based Loan Programs, History of Hawaii Leasehold and Hawaii terminology.
This course has been rated highly effective by users. The cost is $200 plus
tax. The price includes the Sample Tests; On Line access to approximately 15 hours of narration about
Hawaii subjects, including a comprehensive review, and roughly 300 pages of
Hawaii rules and laws.
